Terms of Service

Please take a moment to read through carefully before filling out your form.

General Terms

~ Please fill out the form when seeking a commission. By completing the commission form, you are not committing to a commission. All forms completed will be looked over and then we will discuss the details further via email.
~ I, The Artist, have the right to refuse a commission without explanation. I also reserve the right to stop working on a Commission or cancel a request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
~ All commissions are for PERSONAL use only. Please DM me on twitter or email me for COMMERCIAL commissions.
~ No commission done by me has permission to be minted/sold as an NFT, used for AI art & AI learning technology, or sold as merchandise or prints.

Topics

~ I, the Artist, have the right to turn down any commission that makes me uncomfortable.
~ I will not create any depiction of sexually explicit materials, excessive gore, or anthropomorphic characters. (Ears or tails are allowed)
~ I am willing to depict tasteful nudity/sensuality and a reasonable amount of blood and violence.

Queue List

~ I, The Artist, typically work through commissions on a “first come first serve” basis. However, commissioners must accept the queue list as a tool and not a standard line of waiting. I may swap around commissions within the queue due to different factors out of the commissioners control. (i.e complexity, free time available, etc)
~ When I am ready to discuss your commission, I will send an email to begin. Emails that are not replied to within 7 days will be skipped.
~ Being on the queue list does not require payment. Payment is not discussed until the commission is discussed within email.
~ Any commissions with a hard deadline will be pushed up on the queue list by default.

Process

~ Clients are welcome to give suggestions and ideas for the concept sketch.
~ Please provide a detailed written description as well as visual references. Stick figures, pinterest boards, screenshots, etc will all count.
~ If the character needs to be created from scratch without visual reference, a character design fee will be added.
~ After the concept sketch is chosen, the full sketch will be worked on and completed. When it is approved, I will move to line art. All changes with lines and poses should be done before proceeding to color.
~ I will send WIPs throughout each phase to ensure you’re happy with the process. And once each stage is completed, you will be shown a wip for approval before I continue.
~ The final image will be emailed at 300DPI after the final payment has been completed.
~ At this moment, commissioners must be alright with commissions being completed within 3 months of the initial acceptance email. Any hard deadlines will incur a fee.

Payment

~ All prices are in USD/$. My price list is a base price and each individual commission price may vary due to the details and complexity of the piece.
~ I accept payment through Paypal. An invoice will be sent and 50% of payment is due before the sketch begins. The last half is due before the final artwork is sent via email.
~ Invoices should be paid within 7 days of being sent.
~ Payment plans for digital illustrations and PNGtuber avatars can be discussed.

Revisions

~ Changes during the concept sketch are free
~ All changes with lines and poses should be done before proceeding to color. Clients are allowed minor revisions between the full sketch and line art phases. Major revisions will incur a fee.
~ Once I reach the color/rendering stage, the lines of the image are locked in and cannot be changed. Three Minor changes to colors are allowed.

Cancellations & Refunds

~ I, The Artist, have the right to cancel a commission at any time.
~ You, the client, have the right to cancel a commission at any time.
~ If the commission is canceled before any work has started, the client will receive a full refund of what has been paid.
~ If the commission is canceled after work has begun, the refund will be calculated based on how much work had been completed on the commission at the time of the request.

Copyright & Usage

~ I, The Artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, use of the commission for Artist Promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon. I also retain full copyright of the preliminary designs and incidental works made in the creation of the Commission, unless otherwise agreed upon.
~ The Commissioner is allowed to use the completed artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
~ The Commissioner may repost the art at will and use it to promote themself as long as the proper credit is included. (A link to my twitter, instagram, or linktree will suffice.) The commissioner may also print the artwork for personal usage.
~ I, The Artist, do not claim any rights to the characters and other intellectual properties used in the process of creation.
~The commissioner may not edit, alter, or trace the commission without my permission.
~No commission from me has permission to be minted, sold as an NFT, used within the blockchain or any similar technology. My artwork is not permitted to be sold as merchandise or prints unless commercial rights are negotiated. No commission of mine has permission to be used for any AI technology.

Icons can be of you, you turned into a fantasy race, an OC, or fanart! Please be sure to include a reference for what you would like drawn. (stick figures, doodles, finished art, pinterest images, etc are fine)This option is not for those who need me to design their character off ONLY written description.
